Do you make custom jewelry?
We are currently focused on creating the Allos collection but, who knows, in the future.

No financial information is permanently or temporarily stored on our server. Allos has a contract with official and reliable financial agents who provide this type of service to guarantee the security of Allos customers' data.
Does Allos ship worldwide?
Allos ships almost everywhere in the world. If your country is not on the checkout list, please contact us via email.
And delivery fees?
Any type of fee or tax inherent in global orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Even so, as Allos is a brand based in Portugal, there are no fees or taxes for shipments to European Union countries.
How does your return policy work?
You can always return the purchased products as long as they are not personalized. Damaged products or packaging are also not accepted. Returned products must arrive at our headquarters within a maximum period of 15 days. Costs for this return are the responsibility of the buyer.
