Warranty

Our products always include a 2-year warranty.

It should be noted that the guarantee does not cover the cost when the damage is self-inflicted or due to normal wear and tear, loss of product, loss of stones or theft.

The buyer must check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. If it is found that there is a defect or mismatch with the product purchased, please contact us directly at geral@allos.com.

It should be noted that all our products are handmade, and some slight differences may appear.

Goods returned to ALLOS must be in their original packaging (including boxes and documentation) and in a completely innocuous condition.

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, or baths;
  • The natural process of fading the plating in white rhodium or 19k yellow gold;
  • Customer has personally marked, altered, repaired or modified the supplied jewelry;
  • The customer allows a third party to process, repair or modify the jewelry provided;

The jewelry delivered has been exposed to abnormal conditions, other careless procedures or contrary to the instructions provided.

Cancellation of contract

In accordance with Decree-Law nº 24/2014 of February 14, regarding distance contracts, the customer has the right to freely terminate a new contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of the order.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order or return it (within the aforementioned period), his payment will be refunded in the same way, within a maximum period of 14 days after we have received his communication and order.
