Your order will ship within 1 business day unless you are pre-ordering something. In that case, we will keep the items so that we can ship the complete order together. You can request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items more quickly by contacting us at geral@allos.pt.

When placing an order on our website for an item not yet available for pre-order, your credit or debit card is authorized and you will be charged the full amount of the order. You can place an order containing pre-ordered and in-stock products. Products in stock will be shipped according to the pre-order delivery time. But you can receive your products separately depending on the availability date.

How will Brexit affect customers in the UK? When the UK leaves the European Union (EU) on January 1, 2021, there will be no change for ALLOS customers who have their orders shipped to the UK. Customers will not be asked to pay any additional customs fees.

Due to customs limitations, we do not ship to Switzerland, India and Brazil.

Our services to Russia and Belarus have been suspended, which is why we are also not accepting shipments to those countries until further notice.

Após a confirmação de pagamento o envio é feito no prazo máximo de 10 dias úteis, sendo que o prazo médio são 2 dias úteis. A extensão do prazo apenas se aplica em produtos de pré-reserva e nunca supera os 20 dias úteis.

O comprador fica responsável pelo pagamento de qualquer taxa aplicada pelo país de origem (Portugal) para o país de destino. Não serão aplicadas quaisquer taxas a encomendas que sejam entregues em países dentro da União Europeia

Returned items must be received at our headquarters within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt by the buyer.

Returns are accepted however payment of fees and shipping costs are charged

If we prove that the items have already been used or exchanged, we will not accept them. The items will be sent back to the customer.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs.
